Employer Authorization Letter Generator

Letters a company signs so that Aventus Visa Agents or O1D Match can act as the U.S. agent and petitioner for someone the company employs or engages.

How this works
  1. Choose the petitioner entity and the letter the company is being asked to sign.
  2. Fill in the company and beneficiary details. Upload the company logo if you want it on the letter; otherwise the letter is marked to be printed on the company's own letterhead.
  3. Download as Word or as a PDF with fillable fields. The company prints it on its letterhead, completes the blanks, signs, and returns it to the petitioner.

Offer the standalone first. A large employer will usually refuse to modify its standard employment-verification letter. The standalone acknowledgment is signed alongside their own untouched letter, so legal and HR have far less to approve.

1 · Petitioner and letter
2 · The company signing the letter
No logo: mark the letter “print on company letterhead”
3 · The beneficiary and the engagement
Add a company contact line to the signature block optional · a general mailbox or main line, if the company wants to give one · the petitioner does not need it
Include shaded guidance notes to the signing company (marked “delete before signing”)
Fill the form and press Generate.

Not legal advice. This tool produces a draft for review by the beneficiary's own immigration attorney and by the signing company's legal or HR team before signature. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no outcome is guaranteed. Every authorization it describes is deliberately limited to the immigration petition and does not alter the employment or engagement relationship. The petitioner entity is identified by its legal name, EIN and business address only; no individual's direct contact details are included, and a company contact line is added only if you choose it.
